Provision of contract project management and Executive services to assist with market development and delivery of international projects. Assisted with the set up of the China Representative Office in Shanghai; subsequently transferred to CGI-c responsibility.

Study included the NPD programme and after market support for distribution outlets, service centres, roadside assistance and vehicle certification.

Studies showed feasibility but did not proceed due to inability of the Partner to create the structure needed. Linked with MG Rover which formed part of an overall package.

Major Assignment that included establishing a full engineering centre and infrastructure for R&D in parallel to project introductions.

As an Executive advisor to the President R&D Centre, assisted with evolution of the company from an assembler to full OEM with own brand products.
